Shipping and delivery
We use Zaslat s.r.o. as our shipping agent, which allows us to work with a variety of shipping companies such as DPD, GLS, Toptrans, Fedex, DHL, and UPS at competitive prices. Please note that shipping orders must be placed before 17:00 in order to send the package the next working day.
Most orders for single sets of grass ski are typically shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of order/payment. Larger orders for 20 or more sets of grass ski may require 10 days or more prior to shipment. During peak season, please allow for extra lead time when placing orders.
EU shipping is free for orders that include grass ski. Delivery to the USA takes approximately 10-14 days at a cost of around €130 per pair. Different prices apply for volume shipping.
Payments and payment options
We offer two methods for payment, card payments through Stripe and ComGate, or bank transfer via ComGate.
Card payments - Stripe
We accept most payment types including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and several different foreign credit card networks. Stripe is a well-known platform for online payment processing, offering a technologically sophisticated platform, flexible APIs, and transparent, flat-rate fees.
Card payments - Comgate
ComGate Payment Gateway is a licensed Payment Institution under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are secure and all payment information is fully encrypted. Payment is made using the 3D Secure protocol and you will receive a numeric code via SMS from your bank.
Bank transfer
The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate Payment Gateway interface, enter your card number, valid thru date, and CVC code - the three digits located on the back of the card. Payment is made using the 3D Secure protocol and you will receive a numeric code via SMS from your bank.
Instant payment via online banking. ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your internet banking application. You log in as usual and authorise the pre-filled payment order.
You will be redirected back to the online store, after completing the payment. Transaction is confirmed immediately, so we will proceed your order without delay.
