Season 2025 Highlights

After a strong 2023 season capped by the World Cup Finals in Sauris, Italy, and a growing 2024 season, the global grasski community returned in full force for Grasski World Championship 2025 to Czech Republic. And we were more than happy to welcome 45 male athletes and 26 women athletes.

What's New for the 2026 Season

Model Race Carbon — Geometry Refinement

The flagship Model Race Carbon has received geometry refinements based on direct feedback from FIS competitors during the 2025 season. The stiffness profile is optimised for the tighter GS courses thanks to changes to rail shape which directly affects also wooden core. All Race ski are fully conforming FIS rules across all competition lengths (80–105 cm). If you're racing at regional or international level, this is the ski to be on.

Model Easy — Updated Binding System

The Model Easy — our most popular recreational model — now ships with an updated tool-free binding mount. Installation takes under five minutes from the box, making it even more accessible for ski schools, summer camps and rental fleets. Universal compatibility with standard alpine boot soles (ISO 5355) is retained.

Model Stars — Updated for FIS Youth Rules

The Model Stars, our ski for young competitors aged 8–15, has been updated to comply with the latest FIS youth competition regulations. Lengths of 65 - 75 cm are always in stock. Contact us for club and team quantity pricing.

2026 Czech Cup Race Calendar

The Czech Cup (Český pohár) is the primary domestic competition series and a key feeder to FIS junior and senior circuits. The parallel Children's Cup (Žákovský pohár) provides structured competitive experience for young athletes under FIS-aligned rules.

Grasski as Summer Alpine Ski Training

One of the fastest-growing uses of grass skiing is as a summer conditioning tool for alpine ski clubs. The technical mechanics are near-identical to snow — edge changes, carving arcs, body positioning and pole timing all transfer directly. Compared to on-snow summer camps at altitude or roller skiing, grasski offers familiar technique, lower cost and can be set up on any suitable local slope.
